This blood pressure monitor comes with a wide range cuff that fits most upper arms (8.6-16.5" / 22-42cm). The UA-611 is also compatible with A&D Medical UA-289A Small Cuff (6.3-9.4" / 16-24cm), UA-290A Medium Cuff (9.0-14.6" / 23-37cm) and UA-291A Large Cuff (12.2-17.7" / 31-45cm). Sold Separately.
